Nicole Zwart-Hendrikx is an accomplished professional in the field of public administration and law, with extensive experience in managing complex projects and initiatives. Nicole holds a law degree from Leiden University and has held various leadership roles for the Dutch government also with regard Human Rights. Currently she is responsible for the digital corporation in the criminal justice chain.

Known for her innovative approach and strong communication skills, she excels in connecting people and different cultures and organizations, fostering a collaborative environment, and developing impactful policies. Tom and Nicole are both director at Crosscultureel BV and Nicole is also CFO.

Outside of her professional life, Nicole enjoys travelling, gardening and is the president of the local Allotment Society.
