I am Diana Mbaraka Salugole, a Tanzanian entrepreneur, advocate, and founder of Soulbridge Design and Decor limited, a company dedicated to blending creative design with cultural integrity and social responsibility. With a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance, I have built my career on the belief that business should elevate communities and reflect ethical values.

My experiences with running a small business in Tanzania assist me in serving as the regional manager for Africa of the Fair ESG Initiative (FESGI). In that role I work to advance fair trade, ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles, and human rights across global markets. I see my work as a bridge—connecting local innovation with international collaboration, and ensuring that dignity and sustainability are at the heart of every exchange.
